Information on this site

The content of this site is general information about Beers Consultancy and the areas in which we work. It is not professional advice, it is not tailored to any building or situation, and it should not be relied on as a basis for any decision. Advice on a particular building or matter is given only under an appointment, on the evidence reviewed for that instruction.

Descriptions of our experience, including figures and project summaries, reflect work we have carried out. They are not a promise of any particular outcome on another instruction, including any regulatory, funding or dispute outcome, which rests with the decision-maker concerned.

References to legislation, standards and guidance are made in good faith and were current when written. They may since have changed. We do not undertake to update the site, and nothing on it is legal advice.
